This desk top sheadder gets the job done.Just don't insert more than 4 sheets at one time.It SAYS CROOS-CUT but it's notit's straight micro cut,even the photo on the box was different from the pieces of paper i had. Overall ifyou don't havemassive amouts of paper this is the machine you and it's easy to use. It also comes with a brush and a paper tool just incase paper gets stuck inbetween the blades

Desktop Shredder
This little shredder is great! It is very compact, has a ample size basket and does a superb job. It's definitely for the private home or office but I have been extremely pleased. And for the modest price, I don't think you could do better. I would highly recommend it.!

If you want a shredder that doesn't take up a lot of space, this is for you--assuming you don't have mountains of paper to shred. The machine is easy to use for checks, but 8 1/2" x 11" documents have to be folded or torn to fit the narrow (about 4 1/2") feed slot. You can only do 4 layers at a time.
We have had no problem with the machine stalling. The design is simple and attractive, so that it's especially suitable for a home or home office. It's also not too noisy or too heavy.
