This was a gift, and it was the first time I have purchased and had shipped something of this size shipped, so I had concerns. It came through perfectly and is now being used with no problems. It was their first shredder, and they love it. It fits under their desk, and since it has wheels, it is easy to move out to use. Wheels are optional which is another good feature.

I have had two other shredders that ended up breaking after only a year. Fellowes is an excellent company. This shredder is heavy duty with a great warranty. I saved $50 by using Amazon compared to my local Office Depot and had free shipping!

Customer Service is Top-Notch
I bought this shredder based upon previous customer reviews. For home office use, it serves me well. Great product, and at a great price. I am really taking time to write this review, to re-iterate what other customers have said about Fellowes' customer service. According to the directions, there is a document holder that attaches to the back of this shredder. My doc holder wasn't included in the packaging. Not really a big deal, but I sent them an email anyway. I got a response within 2 hours! Seems the manual was out of date, and the document holder isn't included with this model anymore. They apologized, and said they were mailing me one anyway, and gave me a tracking number. Received the doc holder 5 days later. It's rare to find customer service like that nowadays! I would have been happy with just the e-mail response with an explanation.
